This article describes upgrade process for the Navigator 365 app installed from Microsoft AppSource.
In order to be able to update Navigator 365 app on your Office 365 tenant, you need to have Full Control permissions to the App Catalog.
- Browse to Tenant App Catalog site collection. If you do not know how to locate it, try browsing to the following link (replace {your-tenant-name} with the tenant name from your SharePoint url):
https://{your-tenant-name}-admin.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/online/ManageAppCatalog.aspx
*this link works only if you have admin SharePoint permissions.
- Browse to Apps for SharePoint.
- Select (check) the Sharepointalist Navigator 365 app in the list and switch to Files tab in the ribbon. The Upgrade Store App button is enabled only when upgrade is available. Click Upgrade Store App button to start the upgrade.
- You will be redirected to the following confirmation page. Please check Make this solution available to all sites in the organization option. Click Deploy to finalize the upgrade.
- You will be redirected back to the Apps for SharePoint page.
- Select Sharepointalist Navigator 365 and open up Files tab in the ribbon. Upgrade Store App button should be disabled now.
You have successfully updated Sharepointalist Navigator 365 app on your Office 365 tenant!
Troubleshooting Tips
If the updated version does not appear immediately functioning, try clearing your browser cache.
If issues arise after the upgrade, please report it to Sharepointalist Support. You may restore previous version of Navigator 365 app by following the process in this article.
