Follow step-by-step direction in the article bellow to configure your app.
Group by Enterprise Keywords and Taxonomy Tagging
Open up Navigator 365 Settings, choose the right board and drill down to the View. Click to edit view settings and open up Grouping section.
Choose Add level option to create new level of grouping. Select Managed property option. Click Configure to access configuration screen.
Enter Tags
for the Property name field. Choose Enterprise Keywords option for the Underlying column type. Set the Property display name and Icon name accordingly.
We do not recommend using Hide items with no value set option here due to performance implications. Please follow instructions in Show Tagged Data Only or Show Data Tagged by Enterprise Keywords Only sections instead.
Don't forget to adjust other desirable grouping options.
Filters / Refiners by Enterprise Keywords and Taxonomy Tagging
Open up Navigator 365 Settings and drill dow to the Refiners section. Click Add Refiner button.
Enter Tags
for the Managed Property field. Fill in other fields according to your needs.
Alternatively, you can use owstaxidmetadataalltagsinfo
. Both options provide identical results.
Make sure to adjust the order of available refiners.
Don't forget to click Save.
Now you should be able to filter your data based on Enterprise Keywords and taxonomy tagging.
Show Tagged Data Only (Enterprise Keywords and Taxonomy)
To display tagged data only, it is possible to set additional filter for the data source. This will ensure the result set contains only data tagged by either enterprise keywords, or any taxonomy based tagging. This option includes data tagged under any managed metadata field.
Open up Navigator 365 Settings, choose the right board and drill down to the Search Configuration. Edit Additional query field and add the following query: Tags:"L0"
Alternatively, you can use owstaxidmetadataalltagsinfo:"L0"
. Both queries provide identical results.
Show Data Tagged by Enterprise Keywords Only
To display data tagged in the enterprise keyword field only, it is possible to set additional filter for the data source. Open up Navigator 365 Settings, choose the right board and drill down to the Search Configuration. Edit Additional query field and add the following query: owsMetadataFacetInfo:"TaxKeyword"
This will ensure you see only documents tagged in the enterprise keywords field.
